How we work

Three ways to work with us

We do three things. We build rooms. We give advice. We train teams. That is the whole list. Here is how each one works, and what it costs.

The three

Pick the one you need

Most people start with one. Some do all three over time. You never have to buy more than you asked for.

1

We build your room

A podcast or video room. We plan it, pick the gear, fix the sound and fit it all. It is a project with a fixed price. Prices and the full gear list are on the plans page.

2

We give you advice

Buy an hour with Nikhil for ₹25,000, or $250 outside India. Or get a written check of your channel. Both are fixed jobs with a clear end. No retainer, no lock-in.

3

We train your team

A seven-day course in your office. Your team learns one way of working they can repeat. Priced per person, per group.

Always true

The same on every job

You deal with a partner

Two people run this firm. One of them owns your job from start to finish. There is no account manager and no ticket queue.

You own everything

The room, the gear, the channel, the files and the accounts are yours. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it.

No retainers

We do not sell monthly contracts any more. Every job has a start and an end. You buy again only if you want to.

Prices before you call

Studio prices and the full gear list are on this site. No form. No email wall. You can price your own room in a few seconds.

Fit

Who this is for

We do our best work for companies that want to film often and want to own the skill.

Marketing head

You have a team, you need a room

Your people can make videos. They just have nowhere good to film. We build the room and train them to run it.

Founder

You are stuck and want a straight answer

Your channel is flat, or you cannot tell what is working. Buy an hour, or get a written check. Then decide.

Who we are not for

If you want an agency to post forty videos a month for you, we are the wrong firm. We do not run channels for clients any more. We will tell you that on the first call, not after you have paid.

Before you ask

Common questions

Every job starts with a call. For a room, we then visit and give you a firm price. For advice, you book and pay for the session. There is no monthly contract and nothing to cancel.

You do, always. The room, the gear, the channel, the footage and the accounts are yours from day one. We use no locked-in tools. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

Yes. We often build the room or give advice while another firm handles wider creative work. We agree who does what up front, so nothing is done twice.

No. We stopped. We build rooms, we give advice and we train teams. If you want an agency to post videos for you every month, we are the wrong firm and we will say so.

Studio prices and the full gear list are on the plans page, and you can price your own room in a few seconds. An hour of advice is ₹25,000 in India, or $250 elsewhere. Training is priced per person, because it depends on the size of your team.

You do, always. The channel, the accounts, the footage and every asset we produce stay in your ownership from day one. There are no proprietary tools you get locked into and nothing to unwind if we stop working together.

Yes. We regularly run the YouTube operating layer while a brand agency owns broader creative and a production house shoots. We define who owns what up front so there is no overlap, and we report in a format your other partners and your internal team can read.

Weekly, in a format built to be forwarded upward without editing. Reporting ties channel performance to the business goals we agreed at the audit — pipeline influence, share of voice, retention — rather than vanity metrics, so it holds up in a board or QBR setting.
