This Privacy Policy explains how Onewrk Marketing and Design Services Pvt Ltd ("Onewrk", "we", "us") handles information collected through onewrk.com and in the course of providing our YouTube management and video production services. We are based in Bengaluru, India, and we try to keep this policy in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver work you have asked for:

  • Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and anything you write when you use our contact form, email us, or request a teardown.
  • Booking information — when you schedule a call through cal.com, that service collects the details needed to place the meeting on our calendar.
  • WhatsApp opt-in — if you message us or agree to be contacted on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation and number so we can follow up.
  • Analytics data — via Google Analytics we collect anonymous, aggregate usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and referral source. This helps us understand which content is useful; it is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, to prepare quotes and proposals, to deliver and support the services you engage us for, and to send you replies and updates relating to that work.
