Most studio quotes hide what you get. Ours do not. We name every camera, mic, light and sound panel. And we show the price before you call us.
More cameras means more angles to cut between. A spare camera means you keep filming if one dies. That is the whole choice.
Two cameras
Three cameras. Each one records on its own.
Three cameras plus a spare
What these prices are. They are close, not final. They are from September 2026. They are usually right within 5 to 10 percent. Part prices move. Every room is a different size. We give you a firm price after we see the room.
What is not included. GST. Freight. Wiring. Civil work. All four are extra. We write them out in every quote. If your office is outside Bengaluru, travel and stay cost extra too.
Setting it all up costs about 10 percent more. Training your team costs about 5 percent more. We show both on their own line, so you can see what you pay for.
This is the real Essential list. The bigger plans add to it. Take this list and buy it yourself if you want.
| Item | Qty | Why we picked it |
|---|---|---|
| Sony FX30 actively cooled cinema camera | 2 | It has a fan, so it will not overheat and stop mid-session |
| Sigma 18–50mm f/2.8 DC DN, Sony E | 2 | One lens does both wide and close shots. No swapping. |
| Fluid-head video tripod | 2 | You get the same shot every time |
| 512GB V60/V90 SDXC card | 4 | Two in use, two spare. Fast enough to record without stopping. |
| Regulated USB-C PD adapter and certified cable | 2 | Runs off the wall. Batteries are just backup. |
| RØDECaster Pro II | 1 | Mixes and records in one box. Your team can learn it in a day. |
| RØDE PodMic dynamic XLR microphone | 2 | It picks up the speaker, not the rest of the room |
| Zoom F3 32-bit-float backup recorder | 1 | If a guest shouts, the sound still comes out clean |
| Godox UL60Bi fanless bi-colour COB light | 2 | No fan, so the lights make no noise on the recording |
| Godox QR-P70T 70cm softbox with grid | 2 | Keeps the light on the person, off the back wall |
| Four-inch broadband wall absorber | 6 | Thick panels soak up deep sound. Foam tiles do not. |
| Door seals and dense floor rug | 1 set | The cheapest thing that really helps most office rooms |
| 1.5–2kVA pure-sine-wave UPS | 1 | Ten minutes of backup power. A power cut will not lose your files. |
| Surge-protected, labelled power distribution | 1 set | Labelled, so the next person can reset it |
| 4TB external storage drive | 2 | Two copies of every session before you delete anything |
Size, ceiling height, power points, and how often you will film. Most of this is on your interior team's drawing.
You choose a plan. We draw where the cameras, lights and sound panels go.
We see the room. We check what the drawing missed. Then we give you a firm price.
We fit it, wire it, label it and test it. Then we train your team. We leave a written checklist.
Gear for a two-camera room starts at about ₹8.79 lakh. Three cameras is about ₹15.52 lakh. Three plus a spare is about ₹27.36 lakh. Add about 10 percent to set it up. Add about 5 percent to train your team.
Part prices change. No two rooms are the same. Our prices are usually right within 5 to 10 percent. We give a firm price after we see your room.
Your choice. We can buy it all and send one bill. Or we hand you the list and your team buys it. The list stays the same.
GST, freight, wiring and civil work. We list all four on their own line in every quote. Travel and stay outside Bengaluru costs extra.
Four to six weeks from order to handover. It takes longer if parts are slow. It also takes longer if wiring or civil work must happen first.
Tell us the dimensions and what you want to record. We'll come back with a package recommendation and an indicative cost within one business day.
