Terms and refund policy

1. Who you are buying from

The workshop is sold and run by:

In this page, “we” and “us” mean Onewrk. “You” means the person who pays for a seat, or the person a seat is booked for.

2. What you are buying

• One live online session of 4 hours: the AI Video Workshop for Marketers.
• The current batch is on Saturday 28 November 2026, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST. For a later batch, the date is the one shown on the workshop page when you book.
• It is taught in English by Nikhil Bhansali and Kishore T.
• It is hands-on. You make a short video ad and reels during the session, on your own laptop.
• You get the template pack and the recording for 30 days (see section 6).
• There is no certificate.

“Live” means live. The trainers teach on a call and answer your questions in real time.

3. Price, GST and payment

• The price is ₹999, GST included. That is ₹846.61 plus ₹152.39 GST at 18%. You pay ₹999 and nothing more.
• All prices are in Indian rupees.
• Payment is one time, in full, when you book. We do not offer instalments.
• Payments are processed by Zoho Payments. UPI, cards and net banking are supported. We never see or store your card details.
• Zoho Payments issues a receipt for your payment.
• Your seat is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. We confirm your seat on WhatsApp and email the same day, then send the joining link and the pre-work before the workshop.
• Need a GST invoice in your company’s name? Email hello@onewrk.com after you book, with the company name, GSTIN and billing address.
• Booking for the 28 November batch closes on Friday 27 November 2026, 9:00 PM IST, or earlier if all 40 seats are taken.

4. Refunds

• Tell us at least 48 hours before the start and you get a full refund. For the 28 November batch, that means by 10:00 AM IST on Thursday 26 November 2026.
• Inside 48 hours, we do not refund. Instead you can move to a later batch, once, free.
• If you do not turn up and did not tell us, there is no refund and no free move. You still get the recording for 30 days.
• If we cancel and cannot offer you a date that works, you always get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

• Ask by email at hello@onewrk.com or on WhatsApp. Use the email address or phone number you booked with.
• Refunds go back to the same account or card you paid from. We start the refund within 3 working days and the money usually lands within 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• We refund the full amount you paid, including the GST.

5. Moving your seat, colleagues and teams

• Moving to a later batch: one free move per booking, as described above. We have not set the next date yet. A second move is at our discretion.
• Giving your seat to a colleague: free, if you tell us at least 48 hours before the start. Send us their name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Booking for several people: one seat is for one person. Book one seat per person, and send us each person’s name, email and WhatsApp number before the workshop so each of them gets the joining link.
• Teams of 5 or more who want a private workshop, on their own brand assets: see team training or email hello@onewrk.com. That is a separate agreement.
• Seats are not for resale. Please do not sell or advertise a seat to anyone.

6. The recording and the template pack

• The workshop is recorded. The recording is available for 30 days after the workshop.
• The recording and slides are for your own learning only. Do not share, upload, re-sell or re-post them. Do not share your login. Do not record the live session yourself.
• You may use the templates in the template pack in your own work, with your own team and for your own clients. Do not sell the pack, publish it, or use it to teach your own paid workshop.
• Onewrk owns the training material. You own everything you make in the session: your briefs, images, videos and edits are yours.
• If we find our material being shared, we may end your access with no refund.
• Because the session is live, your name, voice and questions may appear in the recording other people watch. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and ask questions in chat.

7. Tools you need

• You need your own laptop or desktop, Chrome, and a stable internet connection. Headphones help. A phone alone is not enough.
• The whole workshop can be done on free tool plans. Any paid plan you choose to buy is your own cost and your own contract with that company, not with us.
• AI tools change their free limits, prices and rules often. If a tool we planned to use changes or stops working, we teach the same step with a different tool. The workflow stays the same.
• Bring a client’s brand assets or footage only if the client has given you permission.

8. What we do not promise

• The workshop is education, not legal advice. We explain AI labels, consent, music rights and client approvals as we understand them, and we give you the checklist we use. Before you sign anything with a client or a supplier, get your own legal advice.
• The most we can ever owe you for anything connected to the workshop is the amount you paid us for it.

9. House rules

• Be decent to the trainers and to everyone else on the call. Abuse, harassment or hate speech means we remove you, with no refund.
• Do not use the session to sell anything to other attendees.
• We do not teach deepfakes of real people, cloned voices of anyone but yourself, or bulk content spam. Please do not ask us to.
• You must be 16 or older to join. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should book for you.
• You are responsible for what you make with what we teach, and for following the rules of the tools and platforms you use.

10. If we have to change or cancel

• If too few people book, or a trainer falls ill, or something outside our control happens, we may move the date. We tell you as early as we can.
• If the new date does not work for you, you get a full refund.
• The agenda is what we plan to teach. We may swap a tool or adjust a block to keep the material current. The length, the outcome and the level stay the same.
• We may change these terms for future bookings. The terms that apply to you are the ones on this page on the day you paid.

11. Your data

• We collect your name, email and WhatsApp number to run the workshop and to send you your joining details.
• We also record which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which ads are worth running.
• Payment details go straight to Zoho Payments. We never receive them.
• We send you messages about the workshop you bought, and sometimes about our other training. You can tell us to stop at any time.

12. Law and disputes

• These terms follow the laws of India.
• The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka handle any dispute.
• Before anyone goes to court, please email us. Almost everything gets sorted in one conversation.

14. If you booked the November 2026 one-month course
