Terms and refund policy

1. Who you are buying from

These programs are sold and run by:

In this page, “we” and “us” mean Onewrk. “You” means the person who pays for a seat.

2. What you are buying

The 4-hour workshop

• One live online session of 4 hours, on a Sunday you pick, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST.
• Taught in English or in Hindi. You choose at checkout.
• You do the work in the session and export your own short video.
• A completion certificate from Onewrk.

The one-month course

• 16 live online sessions across 4 weekends. 32 live hours in total.
• Saturdays and Sundays, 9–11 AM and 5–7 PM IST.
• Taught in English or in Hindi. You choose at checkout.
• Templates, marked homework with written feedback, a capstone review against a published marking sheet, and a completion certificate.

“Live” means live. A trainer teaches on a call and answers your questions in real time.

3. Price, GST and payment

• Workshop: ₹1,999 plus 18% GST. You pay ₹2,359. This is the early-bird price and it applies until 7 days before your batch. Inside the final week the workshop is ₹2,999 plus GST.
• One-month course: ₹4,999 plus 18% GST. You pay ₹5,899. This is the launch price for Cohort 1 only. From Cohort 2 the course is ₹7,999 plus GST.
• Where we show a price with a line through it, that is a price we actually charge at another time — not a made-up figure to make the discount look bigger.
• All prices are in Indian rupees. GST is charged at 18% as the law stands today. If the rate changes, the new rate applies.
• Payment is one time, in full, before the program starts. We do not offer instalments right now.
• Payments are processed by Zoho Payments. UPI, cards and net banking are supported. We never see or store your card details.
• Your seat is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You get a WhatsApp message and an email, usually within 5 minutes.
• Need a GST invoice in your company name? Reply to your confirmation email with the company name and GSTIN within 7 days of paying.

Discount codes (for example, the workshop-to-course credit) work only inside the window we state on the product page, and only one code applies to one seat.

4. Refunds

Workshop

• Tell us at least 48 hours before your batch starts and you get a full refund.
• Inside 48 hours, we do not refund. Instead we move you to another Sunday batch, once, free.
• If you simply do not turn up and did not tell us, there is no refund and no free move. You still get the recording.

One-month course

• Tell us before Weekend 1 starts and you get a full refund.
• Once the first weekend has started, there is no refund. Instead you may move to the next cohort, once, free.

How refunds are paid

• Ask by email at hello@onewrk.com or on WhatsApp. Use the email address you paid with.
• Refunds go back to the same account or card you paid from. We start the refund within 3 working days and the money usually lands within 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• We refund the full amount you paid, including the GST we collected.
• If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you a date that works, you always get a full refund.

5. Moving dates and giving your seat to someone else

• Moving your date: one free move per booking, as described above. A second move is at our discretion and may not be possible if the batch is full.
• Giving your seat to someone else: you may transfer your seat to one other person, free, if you tell us at least 48 hours before the workshop, or before Weekend 1 for the course. Send us their name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Once a program has started, a seat cannot be transferred. One seat is for one person.
• Seats are not for resale. Please do not sell or advertise a seat to anyone.
• Companies buying several seats: send us the list of names before the program starts. Swapping names later is at our discretion.

6. Recordings and course material

• Sessions are recorded. Workshop recordings are available for 30 days after your batch. Course recordings are available for 90 days after your cohort ends.
• Recordings, slides, templates and worksheets are for your own learning only.
• Do not share, upload, re-sell, re-post or re-teach them. Do not share your login. Do not record the live sessions yourself.
• Onewrk owns the training material. You own everything you make in the sessions — your scripts, images, videos and edits are yours.
• If we find our material being shared, we may end your access with no refund.
• Because sessions are live, your name, voice and questions may appear in the recording other students watch. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and ask questions in chat.

7. Tools you need

• You need your own laptop, Chrome, a headset and a stable internet connection. We cannot teach on a phone.
• Both programs can be finished on free tool plans. Any paid plan you choose to buy is your own cost and your own contract with that company, not with us.
• AI tools change their free limits, prices and rules often. If a tool we planned to use changes or stops working, we teach the same step with a different tool. The workflow stays the same.

8. What we do not promise

• Our freelance pool is real, but it is not a placement service. If you clear the course marking sheet with 70 or more and a clean legal checklist, we review your portfolio and add you to the pool we send work from. That is the whole promise. We send work when we have work.
• Training is education, not legal advice. We explain AI labelling, consent and rights as we understand them, and we show you the checklists we use. Before you sign anything with a client, get your own legal advice.
• The most we can ever owe you for anything connected to a program is the amount you paid us for that program.

9. House rules

• Be decent to your trainer and your batchmates. Abuse, harassment or hate speech means we remove you from the program, with no refund.
• Do not use the sessions to sell anything to other students.
• We do not teach deepfakes of real people, cloned voices of anyone but yourself, or bulk content spam. Please do not ask us to.
• You must be 16 or older to join. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should book for you.
• You are responsible for what you make with what we teach, and for following the rules of the tools and platforms you use.

10. If we have to change or cancel

• If too few people book a batch, or a trainer falls ill, or something outside our control happens, we may move the dates. We tell you as early as we can.
• If the new dates do not work for you, you get a full refund.
• The syllabus is what we plan to teach. We may swap a tool or reorder a session to keep the material current. The hours, the outcome and the level stay the same.
• We may change these terms for future bookings. The terms that apply to you are the ones on this page on the day you paid.

11. Your data

• We collect your name, email and WhatsApp number to run the program and to send you your joining details.
• We also record which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which ads are worth running.
• Payment details go straight to Zoho Payments. We never receive them.
• We send you messages about the program you bought, and sometimes about our other training. You can tell us to stop at any time.

12. Law and disputes

• These terms follow the laws of India.
• The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka handle any dispute.
• Before anyone goes to court, please email us. Almost everything gets sorted in one conversation.
